Note: You can see the recently active status of other people, but you can no longer see the recently active status of your matches on Tinder.

Yes, somebody else can see your recently active status on Tinder.

1. Open Tinder
2. Tap the profile icon
3. Go to Settings
4. Scroll down and tap into Recently Active Status
5. Set the “Show Activity Status” toggle to OFF

“With Likes You, Tinder lets you see which potential matches have already liked you. Now, you can see which of those potential matches have been Recently Active.”

Now, you can see the green dot on the profile pictures of the people who liked you. It means they’ve been active within the last 24 hours.

It is a good thing because you’ll know that the person who liked you, is using the app so that you can like them back and get a match.

Once again, you cannot know if they’re currently online or not, but you know they’ve been active recently.
