At DatingZest, we want every customer to receive a working phone number and a clear activation experience. Refunds may be approved only in the cases listed below.
When We May Issue a Refund
1. SMS Code Not Received
If you purchase a number but do not receive the SMS confirmation code because of a technical issue on our side, please contact our support team for help.
Refund requests for missing SMS codes must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
If you do not contact us within this period, the number may be considered delivered and activated.
2. Invalid or Non-Working Number
If you receive an SMS code but the number does not work properly for the intended verification, you may request a refund.
To review the case, we may ask for clear proof, such as:
- A screen recording showing the issue
- The platform where the number was used
- The error message shown
- The date and time of the attempt
Refund requests for invalid number issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
If no valid claim is submitted during this period, we may treat the order as successfully completed.
3. Major Technical Issues
Although our numbers are tested before delivery, unexpected issues can happen.
If a major technical issue is confirmed, DatingZest has the right to try to fix the problem within 72 hours after your first support request.
If we confirm the issue and cannot fix it within 72 hours, we may offer one of the following:
- A full refund
- A replacement number of equal or similar value
The final decision will depend on the issue, the proof provided, and the status of the number.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
We do not issue refunds for problems caused by third-party platforms, apps, websites, or services that are outside our control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The dating app rejecting virtual numbers
- The platform blocking your device, IP address, account, Apple ID, Google account, or Wi-Fi
- You entering the wrong phone number
- You using the number for an unsupported service
- The verification platform changing its rules after purchase
- Compatibility issues with third-party systems
- Failure to follow the instructions provided by DatingZest
DatingZest does not control third-party apps or verification systems. We cannot guarantee approval on every platform, especially when the platform has its own anti-spam, anti-fraud, or device-based restrictions.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.
Starting a chargeback without first contacting DatingZest support may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of access to future services
- Reporting to the payment provider’s fraud monitoring systems
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The phone number purchased
- The platform you tried to verify
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or video proof, if requested
Refund requests must be detailed, honest, and consistent with our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are incomplete, misleading, abusive, or outside the refund period.
