Refund Eligibility Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund Request Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- How to Request a Refund: Send an email to refund@datingzest.com with your refund request details.
- One-Time Consideration: Refund requests are reviewed only once per transaction. Multiple requests for the same purchase will not be considered.
- Response Time: We will respond to your request within one month.
Cancellation Policy
- Canceling your subscription/account does not guarantee an automatic refund. You must submit a formal refund request.
- To avoid additional charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
- How to Cancel: Go to SETTINGS > PLAN SUBSCRIPTION and click ‘Cancel Subscription.’
- After cancellation, all account-related data will be deleted at the next billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Scenarios Refunds will not be provided for reasons beyond DatingZest’s control, including but not limited to:
- Service usage after purchase (e.g., assigned phone numbers, calls, texts).
- Loaded account credits.
- Carrier provider actions (number release or suspension).
- Fraudulent or illicit activities.
- Adding team members to a workspace.
- Mid-month subscription cancellations.
- Long-term inactivity.
- Incompatible devices or operating system updates.
- Internet service interruptions or device malfunctions.
- User-related issues like factory resets, lack of storage, or failure to follow configuration instructions.
- Personal preferences such as “I changed my mind” or “I don’t need the service anymore.”
Refund Procedure Submit a refund request via chat on our website or email refund@datingzest.com. We will review the request within seven business days.
Chargeback Consequences In the event of a chargeback, DatingZest reserves the right to cancel the user’s account. Service restoration will only occur after due payments are received, including any related litigation or accounting fees.
